RFM, THREE SIMPLE QUESTIONS

How recently? How often? How much?

RFM analysis looks at the shopping relationship from three angles. Adjust thresholds to your store and review customer distribution on the grid.

R · RECENCY

How recently did they buy?

Time since the last purchase. Distinguish recent buyers from customers who have been away.

F · FREQUENCY

How often do they buy?

Order count. Review first-time shoppers and repeat customers differently.

M · MONETARY

How much do they spend?

Total spend. Consider purchase value alongside the customer’s relationship with your store.

FAQ

About Radar.

What does Radar do?

It brings customer profiles, behavioral groups, and RFM analysis together. Understand customers, identify groups with different needs, and plan relevant communication.

What is RFM analysis?

It evaluates time since the last purchase, order frequency, and total spend together. Adjust thresholds for all three dimensions in Radar to review the distribution of customers.

How is a segment different from a profile?

A profile describes one customer’s orders, spend, and behavior. A segment groups customers who meet specific conditions. One customer can belong to multiple segments.

Can I use physical store data?

Online, offline, and customers seen in both channels can be reviewed separately. Physical store and hybrid views require a suitable POS or CRM data connection.

Is every communication channel ready?

Track channel status in Activation. Web Push is available once its connection is verified. Radar connections for email, SMS, and WhatsApp are planned. We’ll confirm the available channels during setup.

What does suppression mean?

It is the area for managing records excluded from communication. Review unsubscribes, delivery failures, and spam reports by channel and reason.

How does Radar differ from Journey Builder?

Radar helps you understand which customer group to focus on. Journey Builder lets you design the communication flow using triggers, messages, delays, and conditions.
